		<description>The backups are in a directory of the site which can be accessed by FTP but are not visible in the &#039;tree&#039; structure (ie you have to manually type in the directory into your FTP client&#039;s address box). I think the directory is named &#039;snapshots&#039; but confirm with Rackspace the exact name and location.</description>

		<description>Response times are all decent - pretty much industry standard and havent noticed any downtime. Cloud Sites is definitely the way to go if you own several sites or plan on starting new ones as it takes only a couple of minutes to have a site provisioned and up and running.
I started using the Cloud Files CDN for serving images and video from the sites which is nicely integrated into Cloud Sites.</description>
